The Oregon DD Coalition is pleased to announce the 2010 Oregon Trainings Series on Direct Supports, which will be hosted by the coalition with funds from the Oregon Department of Human Services, Seniors & People with Disabilities Division.
This series of trainings will be targeted to direct support providers and related professionals who support individuals with developmental disabilities. This format of training is intended to increase the coalition’s capacity to train many more individuals than is possible through a single annual conference.
The series will deliver four-hour teleconferences to a network of host sites throughout the state and feature nationally-recognized speakers. In addition, each remote site will also have a facilitator who will lead the local group in structured activities and discussions.
All trainings are from 8:30 to 12:30.
PLEASE BE ON TIME check-in begins at 8:00 and trainings start promptly at 8:30.
